SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Pomalush. We're committed to getting your 
clean, tallow-based skincare to you as fast and reliably as possible.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, 
excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with 
tracking information as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship to the United States, Australia, and New Zealand using 
trusted local couriers for fast, reliable delivery.

Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service)

🇦🇺 Australia
Delivery: 4-7 business days
Carrier: Australia Post

🇳🇿 New Zealand
Delivery: 4-7 business days
Carrier: NZ Post

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking 
number. You can track your package directly through your local 
courier's website.

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we work hard to deliver on time, delays can occasionally 
happen due to factors outside our control — weather, public 
holidays, courier disruptions, or peak shopping seasons. We 
appreciate your patience if this happens and will always do 
our best to help.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not 
able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and packages 
returned due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please 
check with neighbors and your local courier first. If it still 
can't be found, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery 
date and we'll do everything we can to help resolve it.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours 
of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement 
or issue a refund.
